Ubisoft - the developer and publisher behind Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six - is planning to go big at this year’s E3. While the developer is showcasing its upcoming games, it will also be announcing and presenting updates and new content for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The historical action role-playing game set during the Viking Age was released last year, and Ubisoft has continually updated it even months after its launch. With new updates, a new expansion called Siege of Paris is also planned to be released sometime this summer. What Ubisoft has in store to showcase in E3 over the weekend will be big, alongside new projects and updates on various other titles like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
New Historical Expansion and Updates
With promised updates to be shown at E3 for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Ubisoft’s plans for the game continue with the new DLC and content additions. These new updates have remained a mystery, with there being fan speculation over what the French developer will add and announce. It is known, though, that the game will be a part of Ubisoft’s main show, being fair to assume it will be important news. Whether it be the possibility of free updates or the unlikely rumored addition of a third expansion, fans of Valhalla will surely have something to talk about. In the meantime, players can look forward to the new upcoming Siege of Paris expansion.
Siege of Paris is a historical invasion of West Francia partaken by the Vikings. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will bring that experience to players looking to build upon their late-game content. The expansion will take place in the year 885, a few years after the events of the main narrative. Players will get to take part in this historical invasion alongside the main story of the expansion. With the release of this expansion and new updates, fans and players can look forward to the new content coming to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
